A woman spent Monday night in her overturned car off of Interstate 15, bleeding from a broken ankle and other injuries.
At 11:30 on Monday night, the California Highway Patrol received a call about a car going the wrong-way down I-15 near Temescal Canyon Road. They searched for the vehicle but were unable to find it.
On Tuesday morning, the woman was found by a worker on the side of the freeway after she dragged herself 100 yards to try and get help.
The woman was taken to a local hospital to get treatment for her injuries. Authorities do not know if alcohol was a factor in the crash.
