A woman was hurt gravely in an accident that is being classified as a hit-and-run by police in Los Angeles. The accident occurred on Wednesday around 8:20 p.m. near Slauson Avenue.
The victim has not been identified by authorities. She was a pedestrian that was crossing the street when out of nowhere, car collided with her. The car has been described as a green, four-door car.
Police need help investigating the crash and are hoping that someone from the public will be a good samaritan and report the incident to the LAPD Central Traffic Division. The detective on the case is Jose De Leon. He is urging anyone with even a tidbit of information to come forward and assist detectives in their search.
