WEST COVINA, CA (September 26, 2019) – Multiple big rigs collided early in the morning on Thursday in West Covina on the 10 Freeway, with one person reported killed. The September 26 incident occurred on the eastbound side of the freeway, near Citrus Street and to the west of it.
