Motorcyclist Crashes Under Fire Truck on Paradise Valley Road in Spring Valley
SPRING VALLEY, CA (September 6, 2019) – On Thursday night, a motorcyclist crashed in Spring Valley and was trapped under a fire truck. The September 5 incident occurred on Paradise Valley Road in the 8500 block.
The time was roughly 7:45 p.m.
Reports say the motorcyclist crashed, but no details have been reported on where the rider had been traveling prior to crashing. It is not known what circumstances led to the rider becoming trapped beneath the vehicle.
The identity of the motorcyclist, including the person’s name, age, gender, and city of residence, has not been reported. According to authorities with the San Miguel Fire Department, the rider did not suffer life-threatening injuries.
Responders transported the injured person to a hospital. The current condition of the injured person is not known.
According to reports, none of the firefighters was hurt in the incident.
Investigators are gathering details and information to determine the cause of the incident.
