Two Vehicle-Collision on Highway 227 in San Luis Obispo Causes Damage
SAN LUIS OBISPO, CA (October 24, 2019) – Early in the morning on Thursday, two vehicles collided on Highway 227 in San Luis Obispo, causing damage and slowing traffic. The October 24 incident occurred near the San Luis Obispo Regional Airport, and to the south of it, close to where Price Canyon Road intersects the highway.
The time was roughly a little after 7:00 a.m, the California Highway Patrol said.
Reports say two vehicles—both described as SUVs—collided. It is not known from reports how the crash occurred, and what line of travel each vehicle had been following prior to colliding.
It has not been reported what part of each vehicle was struck.
According to reports, no one was reported hurt in the incident. The identity of each driver has not been reported, including the person’s name, age, gender, and city of residence. It is not known if anyone else had been traveling in either vehicle when the collision occurred.
Investigators are working to gather information and details regarding the crash. No other details have currently been reported.
