Vehicle Fleeing Police Pursuit Collides with Other Vehicles in San Diego
SAN DIEGO, CA (August 15, 2019) – A driver who was fleeing police pursuit Wednesday night in San Diego collided with two other vehicles. The August 14 incident occurred in the area of Palm City, on Palm Avenue.
The time was roughly 10:45 p.m., according to San Diego Police.
Reports say officers saw a vehicle that was reported to have been stolen. They attempted to make a traffic stop, but the driver would not stop.
The suspect driver of the alleged stolen vehicle drove off at a fast speed on Palm Avenue. Police pursued the vehicle, which came to a stop after colliding with two other vehicles.
The suspect driver exited the crashed vehicle and fled on foot. The identity of the suspect driver, including name, age, and city of residence, has not been reported.
