Hit-and-run Driver on Linda Vista Road in San Diego Sought by Police
SAN DIEGO, CA (October 31, 2019) – A hit-and-run driver involved in a crash on Linda Vista Road in San Diego three weeks ago is sought by police. The October 12 incident occurred close to Goshen Street.
The time was roughly a little before 11:00 p.m., San Diego Police said.
Reports say the suspected hit-and-run driver had been driving a Honda, black in color. The driver attempted to make a turn to the right to Goshen Street from Linda Vista Road.
According to police, the driver was going at a fast speed, and the Honda went into a skid, traveling across the road. The Honda struck another vehicle broadside, which had been waiting at the intersection where a stop sign in located.
The impact shoved the other vehicle into a fire hydrant in the area. The suspected hit-and-run driver drove away from the site of the incident.
Three people who had been traveling in the vehicle that was struck by the Honda were injured. They were identified only as a woman and two men, all in their twenties. Their names and cities of residence have not been reported.
The victims suffered concussions and other injuries which have not been reported. Their current condition is not known.
