Man Hit and Killed by Car During Argument Outside Inland Center Mall in San Bernardino

SAN BERNARDINO, CA (May 28, 2019) – Isaac Mosqueda was struck and killed by a vehicle late Saturday afternoon while standing outside of San Bernardino’s Inland Center. The May 25 incident occurred at North Mall Way and E Street.

The time was roughly 5:15 p.m., according to police.

Reports say Mosqueda had been standing outside the shopping mall and during an argument, he was hit and killed by a vehicle. When officers arrived on scene, after receiving reports that an assault was taking place, they found Mosqueda down on the road.

According to reports, investigators from the San Bernardino Police Department learned that two parties had been arguing, and a vehicle hit Mosqueda, who died at the site of the incident. He was 40 years old and a resident of San Bernardino.

People who witnessed the incident pointed to two suspects. Police detained the suspects at the incident site. A third person suspected in the incident fled on foot, but authorities found the person at a home in the area. Police took the person into custody.

According to reports, three suspects were arrested on suspicion of murder. They were identified as Michael Louis Levario, 48 years old; Matthew Dean Luna, 18 years old; and a boy identified only as 17 years old. All are residents of San Bernardino.
