Michael Nagy Struck and Killed While Walking in Rialto
RIALTO, CA (November 21, 2018) – Michael Nagy was hit by a vehicle and fatally injured while he was walking in Rialto on Sunday. The November 18 accident occurred where San Bernardino Avenue and Bloomington Avenue intersect.
The time was roughly a bit after 8:00 p.m.
According to reports, Nagy had been walking at the intersection when a vehicle struck him. Responders transported Nagy, who was a 23-year-old resident of Bloomington, to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center located in Colton. The San Bernardino County Coroner’s office said that Nagy died approximately a half hour after the accident occurred.
No details have yet been reported on the vehicle that hit Nagy, or the identity of the driver. It has also not yet been reported what caused the accident to happen.
Investigators from Rialto police are examining the information to find out what led to the incident.
