REDLANDS, CA (February 15, 2019) – Tristin Behr was killed in a collision while riding his motorcycle late Wednesday afternoon in Redlands. The accident occurred on Center Street.
The time was roughly a bit before 5:00 p.m.
According to Carl Baker, who is a spokesperson for the city, witnesses saw a motorcycle heading north on Center. The motorcycle collided with a vehicle—described as a Honda Civic—when the Honda turned left from Center Street to Brookside Avenue.
Respondents took Behr to Loma Linda University Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased. Behr was 21 years old, and had been a resident of Redlands.
According to Baker, the person who was driving the car at the time of the accident—identified as a woman, 43 years old—was not hurt in the collision. Her name and city of residence have not been reported.
Investigators are examining the details and information to understand the circumstances that led to the accident. No other details have been reported at this time.
