Tow Truck and Motorcycle Collide on Highland Valley Road Near Ramona, Injuring Rider
RAMONA, CA (October 4, 2019) – A collision on Highland Valley Road near Ramona on Thursday morning, involving a tow truck and a motorcycle, injured the rider. The October 3 incident occurred in the 18700 block, near State Route 67 and to the west of it.
The time was roughly 9:00 a.m., according to Jim Bettencourt. Bettencourt is an officer with the California Highway Patrol.
