Posted on February 22, 2013 | Written By: iadminlaw

A Packaged meat company in the United States is being forced to recall their pork sausage products. The Smithfield Packing Company is recalling about 38, 000 pounds of there inventory. The reason for the recall is because it may contain different fragments of plastic. The plastic in the meat will most likely be fragments of plastic gloves. The announcement was just made this Thursday after the U.S. Food Safety Inspection found the plastic fragments.
