LOS ANGELES, CA (August 15, 2018) – A vehicle struck a pedestrian on Hollywood Boulevard Wednesday morning, killing the person. The accident occurred at roughly 5:30 a.m.
Officer Christian Lata of the Hollywood Police Departmant said the pedestrian was attempting to walk across the road close to 48th Avenue.
The pedestrian who was hit by the vehicle was identified only as an adult. The report did not reveal the identity, age, or gender of the person.
The person who was driving the vehicle involved in the accident remained at the scene and was cooperating with the investigation.
Investigators are looking into the details of the accident.
