PANORAMA CITY, CA (July 27, 2022) – Late in the afternoon on Tuesday in Panorama City, a crash at a gas station injured eleven people. The July 26 crash occurred on Roscoe Boulevard in the 13700 block.
The time was roughly 4:45 p.m., the Los Angeles Fire Department said.
A vehicle–described as a pickup truck–had been pulling a concrete pumping trailer, according to the Fire Department.
The pickup truck and trailer traveled into the gas station, and the truck and trailer knocked a fuel pump down and struck three other vehicles, reports say.
Responders found eleven people were injured; the patients were identified only as five children and six adults.
Responders transported seven patients to hospitals in the area. The types of injuries the victims suffered have not been described.
Four of the injured people did not want to be taken to the hospital, according to reports.
No one involved in the crash has been identified, including name, age, gender, and city of residence.
Investigators with the Los Angeles Police Department are currently gathering information and details regarding the crash to understand why it happened.
