Vehicle and Driver Trapped Under Truck After Striking Back End on I-5 in Oceanside

OCEANSIDE, CA (August 9, 2019) – Early in the morning on Thursday, a driver who had been traveling on I-5 in Oceanside was injured and trapped after striking the back end of a semi truck. The August 8 incident occurred on the freeway’s southbound side, close to the Harbor Drive exit.
