Nipomo Crash at Bonita School Road and Division Street Causes Injuries
NIPOMO, CA (February 4, 2021) – Early in the morning on Thursday, two vehicles collided in Nipomo, causing injuries. The February 4 incident occurred where Bonita School Road and Division Street intersect.
The time was roughly a little before 6:00 a.m., the California Highway Patrol said.
Reports say two vehicles collided, but the manner in which the collision occurred has not been described. It is not known what line of travel each vehicle had been pursuing prior to crashing.
Neither vehicle has been described.
Responders arrived and transported two people to a hospital for treatment of injuries, which were described as moderate, CAL FIRE San Luis Obispo said. The current condition of the patients is not known.
Neither person has been identified in reports, including name, age, gender, and city of residence. It is not known if the two people were drivers or passengers.
Investigators are working on understanding why the crash happened.
