Apple Valley Multi Car Accident Kills 28-Year-Old Man on Highway 18
Apple Valley, CA (June 16, 2024) – Markell Lister, a 28-year-old resident of Apple Valley, was killed in a two-car collision on Saturday evening, June 16. The tragic accident occurred around 7:00 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 18 and Central Road.
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Markell Lister was driving a Ford Fiesta northbound on Central Road when an Audi SQ5 traveling east on Highway 18 broadsided his vehicle. Lister sustained severe injuries from the impact and was rushed to a hospital by responding paramedics, but he later succumbed to his injuries.
Markell Lister Died At A Nearby Hospital While The Other Driver In The Audi Suffered Unspecified Injuries
The driver of the Audi, a 27-year-old man from Apple Valley, sustained unspecified injuries.
