Vehicle Hits and Injures Teenage Girl and Crossing Guard in Los Angeles’ Valley Glen Area
LOS ANGELES, CA (September 17, 2019) – On Monday morning, a vehicle struck and injured a teenage girl and a crossing guard in the Valley Glen neighborhood of Los Angeles. The September 16 incident occurred on Vanowen Street close to Sunnyslope Avenue.
The time was roughly 7:20 a.m., according to David Delgado. Delgado is a sergeant with the Los Angeles Police Department.
Reports say the girl and the crossing guard were going across the road on foot when a vehicle, which has not been described, hit them.
