Vehicle and Street Sweeper Collide in La Habra, Killing One Person

LA HABRA, CA (December 13, 2018) – A collision between a pickup truck and a street sweeper in La Habra on Imperial Highway killed a man early in the morning on Thursday. The December 13 accident occurred to the east of Idaho Street.

The time was roughly a bit after 2:00 a.m.

According to reports, respondents arrived and found that the person who had been driving the pickup truck, described as a Toyota, was inside the vehicle. Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel pronounced the victim deceased at the accident scene. The pickup truck had significant damage.

La Habra police said that the person who had been driving the street sweeper was not hurt. The driver cooperated with the investigation. According to reports, the street sweeper vehicle did not have much damage.
