Hit-and-run Driver Kills Pedestrian in Fountain Valley
FOUNTAIN VALLEY, CA (August 27, 2018) – A pedestrian was killed by a hit-and-run driver in Fountain Valley on Monday, according to the Fountain Valley police.
The accident occurred at Warner Avenue, west of the intersection with Bushard Street.
Officials found the body of a woman at 12:14 a.m.
According to Sergeant Pratt of Fountain Valley Police, it looked like the woman had been struck by a driver who left the accident scene.
Sergeant Pratt said the investigators are going to look at video from surveillance cameras in the area to find leads.
