This first incident took place on the 215 Southbound between Inland Center Dr. and W. Orange Show Rd. Initial reports indicated that one vehicle had literally flown off the freeway, and that multiple parties were thrown out of the vehicle, sustaining some obvious injuries. First Responders confirmed that at least one individual was found in a drainage canal, some 40 feet from the road, with major injuries. It was eventually determined that the accident was caused by a couple of vehicles traveling at high speeds along the windy road.

Another incident involves two fatalities. First Responders were dispatched when it was reported that a big rig truck had collided with a utility truck. The accident happened on the 10 Eastbound, just west of the Waterman off-ramp. The work truck collided with the big rig, lost control, and veered over the embankment. The vehicle landed on its side and caught fire; its two occupants were both killed.
High-Speed Pursuit Leaves Two Dead
Still another incident from San Bernardino: A Honda, being pursued by the police, slammed into a Mustang—resulting in two casualties.
Multi-Vehicle Crash Results in Fatality, Injuries
A fiery crash involving six different vehicles shut down all northbound lanes of the 215 Freeway in San Bernardino. The massive collision resulted in one fatality, plus an additional three people who were rushed to the hospital to receive urgent care for serious injuries. The cause of the crash was not confirmed, but the chaos was significant.
Fatal Intersection Crash in San Bernardino
Finally, a single-car crash took place at the intersection of Golden and Highland Avenues in San Bernardino. Police were dispatched to the scene where they found that the driver of a yellow sedan was traveling at high speeds, causing him to lose control of the vehicle. The vehicle rolled several times, and the driver was pronounced dead on the scene. One passenger in the vehicle was rushed to the hospital to receive care.
