CARLSBAD, CA (July 10, 2018) — Adam Jaykulesza Johnson died in a motorcycle pile-up on Saturday afternoon in Carlsbad. His motorcycle and two other motorcycles crashed in Carlsbad on July 7 at roughly 12:15 p.m.
Johnson, who was identified by the San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office, was from Vista.
The two other motorcyclists also suffered major injuries, Carlsbad Police Department says. Responders took the injured people from the accident scene on Carlsbad Boulevard near Breakwater Road to hospitals in the area.
At the hospital, Johnson was pronounced deceased. He was 24 years old. The other injured people were a man from Vista who was described as 49 years old, and someone who was described as 21 years old.
Investigators are looking into the causes of this crash.
