A 47-year-old man was killed on Tuesday night in a hit-and-run accident near the intersection of Serrano Road and Ridge Road in Lake Forest. A car struck the bike and then immediately fled the scene, leaving the man alone on the side of the road. The police are asking anyone with information to contact the Orange County Sheriff’s Department. Witnesses say they saw a white van leaving the scene, but no further details have been released.
