Sarah Givens is amazingly talented 10 year-old, ice skater. After 3 years of practice, her goal was to participate in her first ice skate solo.  Unfortunately, she will have to wait due to a broken leg. She was struck by an SUV. The driver of the SUV had the nerve to actually leave the scene of the accident.

The unbelievable coincidence is that here older 14 year-old sister, Kylee, was also struck by a vehicle only two days after. The driver also left the scene of the accident.

Sarah suffered a broken leg and a facial injury in her incident. Both Sarah and Kylee have been emotionally and physically affected by the accidents.

Kylee is in critical condition and has many broken bones and even a ruptured spleen.

Investigators say the striking vehicle stopped a half a block away from the scene and then fled before police arrived.

“He owes my daughter an apology and I need to see some type of remorse and then he needs to suffer the consequences of whatever follows,” says the father.
