ARVIN, CA (June 4, 2021) – On Wednesday night in Arvin, a pedestrian was struck and killed. The June 2 incident occurred on Sunset Boulevard close to where Campus Drive is located.
The time was roughly a little after 10:00 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol and Arvin Police.
Reports say a person who witnessed the incident saw a vehicle make a swerving motion, and then the person saw somebody down on the road. According to the California Highway Patrol, the description of the vehicle was a sedan with four doors, black in color.
No details have been reported on how the crash occurred, and where the woman was walking when she was struck and killed. Her identity–including name, age, and city of residence–has not been reported.
The person who had been driving the vehicle has not been identified in reports.
