One Person Killed in Ventura Head-on Crash on Harbor Blvd.; Two Injured
VENTURA, CA (April 27, 2021) – Late at night on Friday in Ventura, two vehicles collided head on, killing one person and injuring two others. The April 23 incident occurred close to San Buenaventura State Beach, on Harbor Boulevard.
The time was roughly 10:13 p.m., according to Ventura Police.
The two vehicles–which have not been described–struck head on; one of the drivers died at the crash site. The identity of the person, including name, age, gender, and city of residence, has not been reported.
Responders transported the person who was driving the other vehicle to the hospital. The patient suffered injuries that were described as serious.
The current condition of the person is not known. The person has not been identified.
Responders also transported a person who had been a passenger in the vehicle with the driver who was seriously injured. The passenger suffered injuries that were described as minor. The identity of the person has not been reported.
