Multiple Vehicles Parked on Sam Gerry Drive in Valinda Smashed by Driver
VALINDA, CA (August 5, 2019) – Multiple vehicles that had been parked on a street in Valinda were smashed by a driver early in the morning on Monday. The August 5 incident occurred on Sam Gerry Drive in the 16700 block.
The time was roughly a little after 1:00 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
Reports say a driver—who may have been behind the wheel of an SUV—smashed into multiple vehicles. The exact number is not known from reports.
It is not known why the driver crashed into the vehicles, or which direction the driver had been traveling when the incident occurred. The driver has not been identified, including the person’s name, age, gender, and city of residence.
According to reports, one of the vehicles that was smashed appeared to be a pickup truck, white in color. It overturned and ended up resting on its side. None of the other vehicles that were smashed have been described, and none of the owners of the vehicles have been identified.
No one was hurt in the incident, according to reports, which also say the driver was arrested by authorities.
