The Sunday night crash also injured three other people, two of whom were juvenile boys, and an 18-year-old man who was driving. The three surviving victims have not been identified.
Reports say the six occupants of the vehicle—described as a Toyota Prius—had been traveling on Temescal Canyon Road close to Trilogy Parkway in an area between Lake Elsinore and Corona when another vehicle is alleged to have intentionally rammed them. The Toyota went off the road and smashed into a tree. The time of the incident was roughly a little after 10:30 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
