SPRING VALLEY, CA (May 5, 2021) – Late at night on Monday in Spring Valley, a pedestrian was struck and injured. The May 3 incident occurred in the area where Central Avenue and Troy Street intersect.
The time was roughly a little after 11:40 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
