Vehicle Crashes into Tree on Los Angeles Avenue in Simi Valley, Killing Two
SIMI VALLEY, CA (October 25, 2019) – On Thursday night, a vehicle smashed into a tree on Los Angeles Avenue in Simi Valley, killing two people and injuring three. The October 24 incident occurred in an area between Stearns Street and Emory Avenue.
The time was roughly 10:00 p.m., according to James Buckley. Buckley is a sergeant with the Simi Valley Police.
Reports say the vehicle smashed into a tree, but the circumstances that led to the crash have not yet been reported.
Responders arrived and pronounced two people deceased at the incident site. The identities of the two people who died have not been reported, including their names, ages, gender, and cities of residence.
Three other victims suffered injuries that were described as major. Responders transported them to the hospital.
One other person who had been an occupant of the vehicle was reported to be uninjured. The identities of the victims have not been reported. It is not known who was driving the vehicle.
