71-Year-Old Man Dies after being Struck by Car in Burbank
Burbank, CA (April 21, 2024) – Roger Williamson was killed in a pedestrian accident in Burbank Sunday afternoon on April 21. The fatal accident happened around 1:45 p.m. at the Empire Center, located just west of 5 Freeway north of Victory Boulevard. According to the Burbank Police Department, a vehicle struck Roger Williamson near the Krispy Kreme doughnut shop and the Sephora store.
Reports from the Burbank Police Department show that a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in the 200 block of North Third Street.
Roger Williamson suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene. He was a 71-year-old of Arleta, according to the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner.
The Driver Remained at the Scene and Cooperated With Traffic Investigators
