BELLFLOWER, CA (October 20, 2024) – A tragic hit-and-run accident claimed the life of 25-year-old Oren Carroll late Sunday evening, October 20. The incident occurred around 11:00 p.m. on the 91 Freeway near Downey Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
Oren Carroll Was Changing A Tire When For Unknown Reasons A Vehicle Struck and Killed Her Before Fleeing
Carroll was reportedly changing a tire while facing the freeway when an unknown vehicle struck her. She suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene, as confirmed by the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner.
At this time, no description of the vehicle involved in the hit-and-run has been released. Authorities are actively seeking information and urge anyone with knowledge of the incident to contact the CHP.
