Ventura Woman Struck and Killed After Two-Vehicle Crash
VENTURA, CA (June 12, 2025) — Jasmineliney C. Rosales, 35, was fatally injured Thursday night after being struck by a vehicle following a two-car collision near Olivas Park Drive and Seaborg Avenue, authorities confirmed.
Rosales was walking near the intersection around 8:55 p.m. when the incident occurred, according to the Ventura County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Jasmineliney Rosales Suffered Major Injuries After Being Struck
Officials said a two-vehicle collision happened behind Rosales, and one of the involved vehicles struck her as a result. Both drivers stopped at the scene to render aid.
Rosales suffered major injuries and was transported by ambulance to Ventura County Medical Center. Despite life-saving efforts, she was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
One of the drivers involved in the crash was also treated at the hospital for a minor head injury.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing, as authorities work to determine who may be at fault.
