HESPERIA, CA (November 1, 2024) – A fiery multi-vehicle accident on Highway 138 near the 15 Freeway left five people critically injured and prompted a road closure Friday night, according to officials.
The California Highway Patrol reported that the crash occurred around 9:00 p.m. when at least two vehicles collided and burst into flames. Emergency responders arrived to find both vehicles ablaze, with several individuals on the road in need of urgent medical assistance. Paramedics transported five critically injured people to a nearby hospital via ground ambulances.
