Police Spotted A Silver Infiniti Driving Recklessly Before The Accident
According to the Fresno Police Department, the incident unfolded around 9:30 p.m. on August 4, as officers were conducting routine patrols in the vicinity of Blackstone and Bullard. In a turn of events, officers spotted a silver Infiniti vehicle engaging in reckless behavior, performing doughnuts within the parking lot situated at the southeast corner of the intersection.
Promptly responding to the situation, officers attempted to initiate a traffic stop on the silver Infiniti due to its reckless driving. Despite their efforts, the driver chose to evade the police and fled in the direction of Blackstone Avenue, accelerating northbound.

Notably, the police refrained from pursuing the fleeing vehicle. However, upon reaching the intersection of Blackstone and Bullard avenues, officers discovered that the silver Infiniti had collided with two other vehicles.
First responders, including firefighter paramedics, quickly arrived at the scene to provide assistance. The paramedics skillfully extricated a driver who had become trapped within her vehicle during the collision. Following the extrication process, the injured driver was immediately transported to a local hospital. Thankfully, her injuries were assessed as non-life-threatening.
Driver of Infiniti Was Arrested By Police For Reckless Driving Following The Accident
Inside the silver Infiniti, two passengers sustained injuries of unspecified severity and were promptly attended to at the scene by medical personnel. Furthermore, the drivers of the other vehicles involved in the collision also received on-site medical attention.
The male driver of the silver Infiniti, aged in his 20s, was taken into custody by officers on the grounds of suspicion of reckless driving, pending further investigation.
