COMPTON, CA (December 3, 2024) – A pedestrian lost their life in a fatal accident early Tuesday morning at the intersection of Compton Boulevard and San Pedro Street, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
Los Angeles Fire Department Found The Victim In Desperate Need of Medical Assistance
The collision occurred around 4:56 a.m. Emergency responders from the Los Angeles County Fire Department arrived to find the victim gravely injured. Tragically, the individual, whose identity has not yet been released, was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities have not provided information about the victim’s age or gender.
CHP officers have not confirmed the circumstances leading to the accident or whether the driver involved remained at the scene. The investigation is ongoing, and officials urge anyone with information about the incident to contact the CHP to assist with the case.
