CARMICHAEL, CA (June 26, 2018) – A bicyclist was hit by a vehicle in front of 4990 Manzanita Avenue, according to California Highway Patrol. The accident that injured the cyclist happened around 10:12 p.m. on Tuesday in Carmichael at the intersection of Manzanita Avenue and Madison Avenue.
Rescuers discoverd the cyclist suffered a facial injury and laceration to the right knee. They took the victim to Mercy San Juan Medical Center.
Investigators are examining the details of the accident.
