Big Rig Crashes into Sedan on 22 Freeway in Garden Grove Leaving One Person Dead
GARDEN GROVE, CA (April 3, 2023) – On March 31st, late Friday evening, a fatal big rig accident occurred on the 22 Freeway in Garden Grove, resulting in the death of one person.
At around 11:55 p.m. on Valley View Street, a deadly collision took place. The California Highway Patrol reports that a big rig crashed into a sedan while traveling on the westbound lanes of the 22 Freeway.
Following the incident, a representative from the coroner’s office arrived at the scene and declared one person dead on-site.
To respect the family’s privacy and allow for proper notification, the name, age, and hometown of the deceased individual were not disclosed.
