Diana Lawrence Was Driving A Jeep On The Wrong Side of The Road When She Collided With The 2 Young Victims
The fatal crash occurred on June 19, when Lawrence, allegedly driving a Jeep in the wrong direction, collided head-on with a cargo van occupied by Miller and Bontrager. The two young men were transporting puppies for their co-owned business, The Puppy Wagon, when the crash occurred. The impact sparked a fire, killing all three occupants and several of the animals inside the van.
The Puppy Wagon released a heartfelt statement mourning the loss of Lloyd Miller and Willis Bontrager on their Facebook page.
“Words cannot express the heartbreak we feel. Lloyd and Willis were not only valued members of our team, they were our dear friends, wonderful sons and brothers, and shining lights in the lives of so many.”
The California Highway Patrol continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the deadly collision.
