Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Crash on Paseo de la Fuente
SAN DIEGO, CA (February 22, 2025) – A motorcyclist sustained severe injuries Saturday afternoon following a crash on Paseo de la Fuente, according to the San Diego Police Department.
The incident occurred on February 22 at approximately 3:35 p.m. Authorities reported that a 2020 Yamaha Tenere 700 motorcycle was traveling eastbound when, for reasons still under investigation, it veered into the westbound lanes.
Rider Lucky To Only Hit A Curb When He Rode Into Oncoming Traffic
The rider then struck a curb, went onto the sidewalk, and collided with a dirt embankment.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene and transported the 40-year-old motorcyclist to a hospital after he suffered an open displaced fracture to his arm.
