Apple Valley Rollover Crash on 15 Freeway Leaves Elderly Man Dead
APPLE VALLEY, CA (February 22, 2025) – Salvador Ramirez Rojas, a 79-year-old Sun Valley man was killed in a rollover crash on the 15 Freeway in Apple Valley early Saturday morning, authorities said.
The fatal accident occurred around 6:10 a.m. on February 22 near Dale Evans Parkway. According to the California Highway Patrol, a sedan traveling northbound veered off the roadway and rolled multiple times.
Salvador Ramirez Rojas Was A Passenger And Pronounced Dead At The Scene
The victim, identified as Salvador Ramirez Rojas, was a passenger in the vehicle. He sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Emergency responders airlifted the driver and other passengers to local hospitals for treatment of unspecified injuries.
Authorities have not released further details as they continue to investigate the cause of the crash and any contributing factors.
