Three Hospitalized After Police Pursuit Ends in Downtown LA Crash
LOS ANGELES, CA (February 15, 2025) – In Downtown LA, a police pursuit ended in a violent crash late Saturday night, leaving three people hospitalized, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The incident occurred at approximately 11:56 p.m. on February 16 at the intersection of East 16th Street and Los Angeles Street in Downtown LA. Authorities say officers were in pursuit of a suspect who was reportedly armed with a gun.
Chase Comes To A Halt When Suspect Collides With 2 Other Cars
The chase came to a sudden halt when the suspect’s vehicle collided with two other cars. As a result, two occupants inside the suspect’s vehicle sustained injuries, along with a person in the second vehicle involved in the crash.
Emergency responders transported all three injured individuals to a nearby Downtown LA hospital. Their conditions remain unknown.
