Oxnard, CA (November 7, 2023) – In a devastating incident that unfolded in the early hours of Sunday, November 5, Moises Aguilar Jr. lost his life in a car accident in downtown Oxnard.

The fatal crash occurred at approximately 2:00 a.m. on Oxnard Boulevard near Second Street. According to the Oxnard Police Department, Moises Aguilar Jr. was behind the wheel of a 2006 BMW sedan, traveling at a high rate of speed when he collided with a palm tree in the vicinity.
Emergency services responded swiftly to the scene, with firefighters working diligently to extricate Moises Aguilar Jr. from the wreckage. He was subsequently rushed to County Medical Center in Ventura for urgent medical attention.
