Multiple Vehicles Collide in South Los Angeles; Two Engage in Physical Fight
LOS ANGELES, CA (May 7, 2021) – On Tuesday night in South Los Angeles, multiple vehicles collided, which was followed by a physical fight between two people. The May 4 incident occurred on South Figueroa Street in the 5400 block.
Four vehicles–none of which have been described–collided. Neither the circumstances, nor the sequence of the crash has been reported.
One vehicle rolled over in the roadway, and another vehicle rolled over onto the sidewalk. A pole had been struck and fell over.
None of the drivers involved in the crash have been identified, and it is not known if any passengers were present in any of the vehicles.
According to reports, two people suffered injuries that were described as minor.
Not long after the collision occurred, two people began to fight each other physically. Reports say officers from the Los Angeles Police Department broke up the fight.
It is not known if the two people who fought had been a part of the crash incident, or if they were people who came upon the scene.
Investigators are working to understand the circumstances of the crash, and the other events surrounding the incident.
