ENCINITAS, CA (October 16, 2019) – Late Sunday morning, a vehicle collided with an escaped horse who was running on Highway 101 in Encinitas. The October 13 incident occurred close to the fairgrounds in Del Mar.
The time was roughly 11:30 a.m., according to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department.
