House in Manhattan Beach, Has Major Damage after Cement Truck Crashes into It

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA (November 17, 2022) – Late in the morning on Wednesday in Manhattan Beach, a house was struck by a cement truck, and had major damage. The November 16 crash occurred on Ocean Drive in the 4200 block.

The time was roughly 11:10 a.m., Manhattan Beach Police said.

No details have yet been reported on how or why the crash happened. Responders found the cement down on its side at the crash site.

According to reports, construction work was being done to the house when the crash happened, and no one who lives at the house was on the premises when the incident occurred.

The driver of the cement truck has not been identified, and it is not known if the person was hurt in the crash.

Investigators are currently collecting details and information to understand the incident.
