Hit-and-run Driver Injures Two People on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood, CA
WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA (April 4, 2022) – Early in the morning on Saturday, a hit-and-run driver struck and injured two people in West Hollywood. The April 2 crash occurred on Sunset Boulevard in the 9200 block.
The time was roughly 2:00 a.m., the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said.
Reports say that a surveillance camera recorded the crash. In the video, two men can be seen standing near a car that is parked on Sunset Boulevard. A vehicle–which may be a pickup truck–hits the two men, and leaves the crash site.
Responders transported the two victims to a hospital. The types of injuries they suffered, and their current condition, are not known.
Neither of the victims has been identified in reports.
Investigators are searching for the vehicle involved in the crash, and the suspect driver, who has not been described.
