Two-vehicle Crash in Downtown San Luis Obispo, Causes Injuries
SAN LUIS OBISPO, CA (January 21, 2022) – Late in the afternoon on Thursday in San Luis Obispo, two vehicles collided, causing injuries and damage. The January 20 crash occurred in downtown, where Morro Street and Marsh Street intersect.
The time was roughly 4:00 p.m., San Luis Obispo City Fire said.
The manner in which the crash occurred has not been described, including the line of travel of each of the vehicles before the collision.
The vehicles–which had significant damage–have also not been described.
Responders arrived and helped two people who suffered injuries that were described as minor. The identities of the people–including name, age, gender, and city of residence–have not been reported.
Investigators are in the process of collecting details and information to understand the crash.
