SAN DIEGO, CA (August 9, 2019) – A pedestrian was struck and injured by a vehicle on Wednesday morning in the downtown area of San Diego. The August 7 incident occurred on Harbor Drive close to Fifth Avenue in the area of the San Diego Convention Center.

The time was roughly 9:55 a.m., according to police.

Reports say a vehicle struck a pedestrian, but it is not clear where the person had been walking, or the vehicle had been traveling, when the incident unfolded.
