Vehicle Smashes into Parked SUV on Mt. Acadia Boulevard in San Diego’s Clairemont Area
SAN DIEGO, CA (October 30, 2019) – On Monday night, a vehicle smashed into an SUV parked on the street in San Diego’s Clairemont area, and overturned. The October 28 incident occurred on Mt. Acadia Boulevard in the 3500 block.
The time was roughly 10:15 p.m., according to San Diego Police.
Reports say the vehicle—which has not been described—hit the SUV, for reasons that are not known, rolled over, and landed upside down. According to people who witnessed the incident, the driver exited the vehicle she had been driving through a window that broke. The driver asked bystanders not to call police, according to witnesses.
The driver was identified only as a woman. Her name, age, and city of residence have not been reported. According to reports, the driver was not hurt in the incident.
The owner of the parked vehicle has not been identified. Investigators are working to collect details and information regarding the crash.
